What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am a Color Analysis Consultant with The Color Cure® who helps people use color psychology in their daily language, dress with colors to bring natural confidence, and transform their environment with strategic color choices.

Tell us about yourself

Coming from a television/film background, I gradually moved into the online space in 2016 - establishing Visibility Vixen® to help entrepreneurs grow their businesses with visibility and publicity strategies. But it wasn't enough! I knew how powerful color could be to explode results - so after working with many brands with color psychology, I made a full pivot in 2022 to create The Color Cure®. That led to a book, Color Secrets, opening up a consultant practice and speaking throughout the country on color.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

The ones that stand out to me are giving a TEDx talk, publishing my Color Secrets book, and opening up my office downtown!

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Handling so many aspects of the business alone. I know we all feel that way! We must learn how to put all the pieces together - branding, website, technical software, marketing, visibility, publicity, and prospecting. It takes a lot of brain power, time, and balance!

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Pre-sell your offers, become an expert on ONE aspect of a topic and connect with as many people as you can.
