What's your business, and who are your customers?
I help digital entrepreneurs with Kajabi. If you are just starting Kajabi I will give you an extended free trial and bonus one-on-one support. I offer Kajabi mentorship to help you or someone on your team reaches your Kajabi zen, and I offer done-for-you services to design and build your Kajabi needs.
Tell us about yourself
I started doing Kajabi on the side when my wife certified me as a life coach and started selling online courses. After a while of managing her website and courses, I started doing the same thing for other life coaches, and pretty soon, I was really busy. My contract ended when I was employed, and I decided to focus completely on Kajabi and leave full-time employment. I love owning my own business, being able to work when I want, and staying at home to be with my kids.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Being able to replace my full-time salary by working fewer hours and on my own terms.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Deciding what of the many competing ideas to follow and put your time and effort into it. There are so many different paths to choose that could all lead to your goals. You want to be able to do them all but can't.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Find something that you enjoy doing. Find something that you already have an edge in the market for, somewhere you are already known, or where it will be easier to become known. Start putting yourself out there; even when you know your message/product/service could be more polished, it will polish up along the way. But if you never start because it isn't polished enough, you will never get good enough to start.
