What's your business, and who are your customers?

We are a full-service Amazon consulting company. We are an e-commerce thought leader in our field who specializes in providing a turn-key solution to our business partners and delivering verifiable sales results.

Tell us about yourself

I was in the retail sector for 20 years and noticed a shift in customer behavior. So, I started with Amazon, and one thing led to another and created momentum.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I feel like hitting our first million in revenue was an accomplishment that was a game changer.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Catching everything that we have "up in the air." I try not to let any of them drop, but sometimes they do.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. 80/20 Rule..80-20 rule simply underscores the importance of exerting your energy on those aspects of your business—or life, sports activity, musical performance, blog, etc.—that get you the best results. However, it does not mean people should then ignore the areas that are less successful. It's about prioritizing focus and tasks and then solving problems that reveal themselves due to that focus.
  2. Get started... Stop planning and preparing and get going.
  3. Do what 99% of people aren't willing to do.
