Tell us all about your business...

We are hired by expert coaches, consultants, and other talented solopreneurs to generate QUANTUM breakthroughs in their business by adding a million dollars in revenue, revolutionizing their mindset, and transforming their brand into a Million Dollar Celebrity Authority.

What's your background and motivation to grow as a solopreneur?

I started my professional career as a trauma therapist working with male survivors of sexual abuse. I then discovered EMDR therapy when I almost burned out of my profession after just 2.5 years. I quickly became known in my area for being able to generate massive transformations for my clients. I then was given the nickname "The Celebrity Saviour" by my clients as they recognized me for saving them from their darkest "inner prisons." A 2-time Emmy-Award-Winning TV Producer later popularized this nickname.

I transformed my approach to elicit life-long transformations in a single weekend with my powerful adaptation called Total Immersion EMDR. Longing to help my entrepreneur clients further (and skip all the painful lessons I had to learn along the way), I co-founded a new business with Kyle Kruger of KMK Advisors LLC, Million Dollar Quantum Breakthroughs. This business' sole focus is on making the path to a million dollars for talented solopreneurs as easy and stress-free as possible.

Essentially, we've both sunk hundreds of thousands of dollars in other coaching programs and training from who training Wealthy Business Gurus" that make lofty promises but sorely underdeliver. We've designed our signature program to do five main things:

  1. Transform our clients' mindsets to welcome wealth, and believe that "thinking big" is natural and within their capacity to accomplish.
  2. We help them craft a high-ticket program of $25k-$100k+, so they can finally charge what they're worth.
  3. We then generate a million dollars+ worth of leads for them and help them sell their program.
  4. We put together all the systems necessary to build and then scale a million-dollar business.
  5. We transform their brand into a Million Dollar Celebrity Authority Expert, so they begin attracting even higher caliber prospects. What helps keep me inspired and waking up energized in the morning (at 4:30 am) is the idea that "Yesterday I saved the individual. Today, we save their business. Tomorrow, we save their legacy."

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Choosing to build a team whose strengths complement my weaknesses. Finally, understanding how powerful strategic alliances are has changed everything about business for me now. I've modified a famous saying to go like this: "If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go with others. If you want to go far, fast, go with the good others."

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a solopreneur?

I think on the tail of the last question is knowing when to ask for help. When we have ideas as a business owners, and we're solopreneur, we can efficiently just run with the idea. If it's a success, then we feel on-top-of-the-world confident about our decision, and if it fails, then we're the only one to blame. Perhaps, working within a team, this challenge of finally giving up all the control is a silent blessing - where a great team can help avoid those failures. When successful, it means the celebrations are that much more meaningful since you're not all alone. I guess that shows that perhaps an even more complex challenge and maybe even risker (yet an all-too-common reality) is the sense of loneliness as a solopreneur. Now that I think of it, that has probably been the hardest thing I've had to reconcile within my career and something I'm grateful for, having found opportunities to work with others in a multitude of ways.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run or grow a small business today?

  1. Start with the end in mind. This doesn't mean the million-dollar sales year, and it means knowing what you want to create down the line that the million-dollar year provided a significant step forward. I like to ask new clients and prospects this question, "If you had all the money in the world, all the time in the world, and all the human resources in the world to accomplish anything you wanted, what would you simply create because it would bring you sheer joy to see it in existence?"
  2. Make sure you are an expert in something. Do not try to be a jack-of-all-trades. Suppose you have or do something that nobody else in the world does better than you. In that case, you can charge premium prices and follow the Descension Model (that Tesla made famously): Start by selling the most expensive, most profitable product/service you have, and as more sales come in, begin expanding your product/service line offerings to moderate pricing that more can afford, and then finally to the lowest priced product/service that most people can afford. This way, you reverse engineer the steps/skills necessary to take someone from low to high-ticket.
  3. Now that you are an expert in one area, begin making connections with others whose strengths complement your weaknesses. Pool your collective wisdom/services together, and see what you can create together. Trust me, and if you do this right, this is your ticket to unlimited fortune, fame, and a whole lot of fun as you go and influence the world.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

If you can dream it, you can do, be, or have it. There are no limits within this reality. Just be prepared for it to come in a way that knocks your socks off and makes you wonder if you are dreaming.
