What's your business, and who are your customers?
At the Studio, we work with any organization, from start-ups to multinational corporations. We specialize in strategy, brand strategy and management, and communications.
Tell us about yourself
I have been an entrepreneur since I was 28. I have seen firsthand the difference between good strategy and poor strategy, and I know our firm can make a difference. What differentiates us is that we firmly know that you cannot plan your business strategy without integrating your brand strategy at the same time. Brand strategy needs a seat at the table, and we'll teach our clients how to leverage that. Seeing results is what gets me fired up. Seeing clients connect dots and excited about their future.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I think my need to keep educating myself. I cannot tell you that I have an immense depth into a particular field, but I absolutely have a breadth and that, I believe, makes me a great strategist.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Taking your own advice. :)
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Market orient always.
- Diagnose your problem carefully.
- Keep steady on strategy and adjust your tactics if needed.
