Tell us about yourself

Co-Founded business with husband Lord John Bittleston when we were living in the U.K. and continued growing it when we returned to Singapore. We reap what we sow, and in my case, I learn from my diversity of clients as much as I add value to enable us to grow. What could be better than to live your strengths and passion, travel and learn, soak in multi-cultures, and thrive in different corporate cultures researching and operationalizing concepts to serve the unique needs of clients fulfilling internalized values and ethics.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Facilitating transformational change and leadership effectiveness at country, organizational, team, and individual levels. Customer obsession and responding to their needs JIT (Just-in-time) 24/7. Love it. Work is FUN and SO SATISFYING.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Deciding not to grow to maintain boutique, customized personal service working with quality clients and in areas where you really add value and make a difference. Agility and not standardization and red tape. Exercising common sense and sound judgment and being discerning.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Match customer obsession with strengths and passion. Be curious about EVERYTHING - stay current and adopt a GLOBAL view (think ECO-SYSTEM, Paradox Management, and Systems Thinking). CUSTOMIZE solution - there is no one size fits all, and COLLABORATE, build allies and goodwill and take the moral high road and stay ethical.
