What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
The hardest thing for an entrepreneur is to go the distance over time, to continue innovating to outrun the competition. You have to bring maximum value to the market; otherwise, customers will quickly forget you.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Test your idea as quickly as possible to validate customer interest rather than spending months or years developing something no one wants.
- Bring maximum added value to your prospects and customers. You have to know how to give in order to receive in return.
- Be passionate about what you do, or you won't last.
