I'm a yoga teacher who helps other yoga teachers and students learn how to properly train & use their bodies.

The connection between helping people understand how their body works and seeing them putting in the work to achieve the strongest, healthiest & most mindful versions of themselves is what motivates me to get to work each day.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Creating a successful yoga school where students can learn & grow.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Not having a steady paycheck can be difficult. Sometimes not knowing where the money is going to be coming from next month can weigh on you.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Be vulnerable. Don't tie your worth to your successes or failures. Base your worth on being courageous and showing up every day. A lot of times, you can't control the outcome, but you can always control whether you were brave enough to show up.
- Find a good mentor. Someone who's where you want to me. Learn from them. But also know that mentors at some point will no longer be your mentor. It's part of the process. You outgrow them. Continue to look for new mentors.
- Get a good accountant. It's worth the added cost.
