What's your business, and who are your customers?
Tasty Paella is a company focused on traditional Spanish cuisine, specializing in authentic paellas. We created a product (EASY PAELLA) aimed at families who seek to bring to their table a quality dish with an excellent flavor. Valuing that we offer a quality product with the best Spanish ingredients so as not to lose authenticity.
Tell us about yourself
A need to get out of my comfort zone of an 8-hour job grew in me, and I began to investigate and educate myself to know what I should do to start my own business.
In 2020 the world was shaken by the pandemic. The restaurant industry was devastated. Through this time of adversity, we discovered a quick and simple way to deliver a Spanish favorite to people’s homes. This is how our new product EASY PAELLA was born, an authentic and tasty frozen paella made with all the goodness and traditional flavor of Spain.
The motivation to do what I do every day is my family and the passion I have for always offering our customers quality products, always ensuring that they are the most authentic products direct from Spain.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Having an exceptional work team that understands and values the concept of our company working to give our clients always impeccable and highly professional service.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Finding the balance between business and personal life. Many times when you own a business, it is like a baby that requires everything from you when it is growing up, and in many cases, the family tends to be neglected because you are immersed in your business. But the important thing is to know that the time you dedicate should not be quantity but quality time.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
