What's your business, and who are your customers?
I provide coaching for women who are interested in whole-body beauty treatment and want real and lasting results. The coaching covers everything from skincare to nutrition and other aspects of a beautiful lifestyle.
Tell us about yourself
I have worked as a cosmetologist for over 30 years and have listened to my client's problems. I have also studied nutrition and Chinese medicine. I felt the need to unpack my knowledge and help people avoid common beauty mistakes in advance. At the same time, I actively update my own knowledge and keep my professional skills up to date.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Having satisfied customers and a popular clinic. I will continue as an entrepreneur in my clinic and also do coaching. A client's gratitude is the best reward.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Uncertainty, of course, but that's part of it. On the other hand, it also keeps active.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Don't give up. If one way doesn't work, think of another way and believe in what you're doing. If all you want is money, it rarely works. Venture into an area that you have a passion for works better.
