What's your business, and who are your customers?

My business is film production. We produce, direct, and write television shows, films, commercials, music videos, and docu-series. Our audience is global.

Tell us about yourself

I started working on my business when I was 17 years old. I never knew what went into making a successful business until I gave myself a chance to discover the ins and outs of the business culture. What motivates me each day is knowing I am not just making films but paving the way for generations to come to be able to have a place and platform for their voices and visuals to be heard and seen. Also, knowing we are creating an educational hands-on new approach to how people can get into the arts industry without going through the red tape.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment has been becoming a Walt Disney Affiliate Production company and becoming a go-to production company as part of a global civic organization to help humanity.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Being alone and taking on everything at one point, not scaling my first few years, I found myself in a spot where I was being tested to see if I was made to be a business owner, many people quit, but I'm glad that I kept on fighting the fight and pushing through, innovating new ways work culture can be defined without putting so much pressure on myself as a creative and businessman.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Make a plan, take the risk, and don't give up. You never know how far and big you can go as a business if you never give yourself a chance.
