What's your business, and who are your customers?
Syntesis Global is about raising the bar around Leadership Self-Awareness, Perspective, and Credibility. In short, Conscious Leadership. Tell us about yourself
Technically, I'm an Executive Coach and Author of a book about possibilities, dealing with uncertainty, and teaching smart people about alignment - Vision, Mission, Values & Goals. Basically, it's a spiritual journey for all of us to create a business/work platform where people excel, develop and add to the bottom line with a sense of purpose and contribution to the whole.
Personally...I'm motivated by knowing that empowerment starts with one's perception of daily opportunities and by tapping into one's inner core - the power we have to use our thought process to produce results, harmony, and personal happiness. In the business world? Increase market share, stock price, and profitability.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment is "Living the Dream." Working with great people and companies and guiding them to discover their own value and worth as individuals and career professionals. Writing a book and speaking in European countries like Rome, Italy, Hamburg, Germany, and traveling to all great cities of Western/Eastern Europe.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Scaling a business is not an easy task...in particular when your business comes from relationships, word of mouth, and a solid brand around quality and excellence. Why? You need a solid and viable sales & marketing organization that capitalizes on all social media and ad platforms to grow and expand your business.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Preparation: Know your Topic, stay focused, and know your audience.
- Personnel Psychology. Believe you can do it - know..." Believing is Seeing."
- Have fun while exercising integrity, authenticity, and a passion for inspiring others.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
It's a changing world...you can't be half anything. If your energy of you is not adding value, quality, and inspiring others in a positive, spiritual (harmonic), and whole-istic way - you're advocacy is built on a false premise that dissociates, distorts, and is not coming from a happy, well-adjusted, happy place (angry).
