What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are a Floral Design and Event Planning Company. Our Clients are anyone wanting to plan a celebration full of love, joy and beauty, and lots of flowers. We specialize in fresh, unique floral design for our clients and stress-free event planning, whether that is a Wedding, a Baby Shower or an Anniversary Party, or any Celebration! Every Detail Matters!
Tell us about yourself
I started my journey with flowers back in High School, working on Rose Parade Floats, "the Rose Tent" smelled heavenly, and I was hooked! Life moves fast, and I worked for Vons as a Green House Manager, from there to designing Weddings and Events. My client's anticipation and excitement for their big day motivate me to do what I do. Plus, the challenge of each client being different and their vision for the day. Also, sharing what I've learned with others is important to me, and getting to work alongside my family is so important.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
It's not a number, an award, or any accolade, but knowing that we, as a company, served each of our clients to our best ability with creativity, respect, and grace. We love each of our clients, their families, and their guests.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
These days it's the ever-changing details of the Event Industry, but with each new challenge, we learn and grow from it.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- LEARN as much as you can about your craft, the financial aspect, the business aspect, and the now Social aspect.
- PRACTICE all of these things! Each Day!
- LOVE what you do and who you do it with!!
