What's your business, and who are your customers?

I provide personal training and nutritional coaching for fitness enthusiasts and athletes.

Tell us about yourself

I began my fitness career 21 years ago. My love of helping people and working out merged together into a fitness professional. I want everyone to be the best version of themselves, and I try to provide them with the best resources possible to make that happen.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I would say the relief on someone's face when they have tried everything to help them but haven't been able to get what they need until I show them the answer. People want solutions.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

To want to push forward and grow but not be impulsive at the same time.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Do your research thoroughly.
  2. Have a plan that is progressive and attainable.
  3. Execute the steps in order.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

It's always good to have a coach of some kind that you can speak to weekly or monthly. Also, have a team so you can have brainstorming discussions.
