What's your business, and who are your customers?

Sustainawell...My clients are women 40-65 who struggle with losing weight, balancing hormones, and living a lifestyle healthy and happy. Sustainwell's passion is to assist women in looking and feeling their best while sustaining a healthier life.

Tell us about yourself

As a young girl, I struggled with losing weight. I finally found myself at a crossroads 23 years ago. I decided I needed to make a transformation. I lost 55 lbs and have kept it off for 22 years. My struggle has guided me to a passion for helping women who are like me to make a change.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Continually getting up each day excited and passionate to make a difference in other's life. I have helped over 100 women lose weight and keep it off.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Generating new clients who are looking to transform their health.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Be authentic.
  2. Consistent in your message.
  3. Persevere no matter what.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

I am grateful each day that my struggles can impact others' lives. I know that my journey impacts others to make a change, and that is the reason I do what I do daily.
