What's your business, and who are your customers?
My business specialises in anxiety management, focusing on helping high-functioning anxious business women gain confidence and self-esteem to hit their business and life goals. I also support young women to overcome struggles of daily life that are anxiety related.
Tell us about yourself
I had a near-death experience as a teenager with subsequent anxiety, which led me to publish several books on self-development. I have been working with women to unlock their highest potential in Europe, the US, and Australia for two decades.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I have worked with women all over the world in this field, but my biggest accomplishment is seeing my private clients excel in their life and business and achieving goals they never thought were possible.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Being prepared to fail and learning from our experiences without taking it as a personal failure.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Make sure you have a solid business plan and know your market.
- Get a coach that has walked the path before you.
- Make sure you have a strong support network that will help you grow and expand.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
Make sure you have a plan on how to stick to your business for the long term while still taking care of your own needs and having lots of fun! Because otherwise, what's the point in having your own business if you don't have fun?
