Anxiety Coach and speaker. Those who are having a tough time managing their anxiety and stress. I can help you heal yourself naturally!
Tell us about yourself
I know the pain of anxiety and how it can impact our lives and keep us stuck and paralyzed. After 35 years, 25 heavily medicated, I knew there had to be a better way.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
So far, starring on and winning David Meltzer's Bloomberg hit 2 Minute Drill season 1, episode 3.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Not knowing what you don't know.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Take your time, Find great mentors, and ask a lot of questions.
If there was one thing you could do repeatedly to help grow your business, what would it be?
Talk to many people as possible and build great, real relationships.
What are some of the things you put in place to maintain a healthy work/life balance?
Non-negotiables, taking care of myself and my physical and mental health first. Setting boundaries and sticking to them. Proper sleep, stretching, and being very very honest with myself.
Who are some of your favorite entrepreneurs and why?
David Meltzer, Evan Carmichael, Gabby Bernstein, Les Brown and Lisa Nichols. They've built based on who they are, not on what people told them they could or should be. David's private coaching groups.
