What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are a productivity consulting firm that strategizes and builds productivity systems for teams, with ongoing support and training. We work with small businesses to enterprise clients, from 2-month projects to ongoing.
Tell us about yourself
After more than a decade of using Asana, my business partner and I became Asana-certified pros. We joined forces to help companies set up their project management systems for people across the neurodiversity spectrum. Our goal is to make sure that whoever you are and no matter your brain type, you have a system that can help you know what to work on, so you can leave the work day feeling complete and ready to spend time with the people who are most important to you.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
In less than a year, we've helped more than a dozen companies completely revolutionize how they work. Additionally, more than 80% of people that come to us and get a proposal to become clients.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Knowing where to say no. There are SO many things you "could" do but far fewer that you "should" do. Maintaining focus and disciple is quite difficult.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Find something with a ready-made supply of leads. It's a lot easier than trying to invent a market.
- Productize your service. It's the fastest way to scale and deliver quality.
- Find partners/team members who complement one another and fill in the gaps of each other's weaknesses.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
Read a lot. Never stop growing. Look for partners and relationships constantly.
