What's your business, and who are your customers?
My business is Sunshine Holistic Wellness, and I help people remember who they were before the world told them who to be. We do this through a variety of healing modalities, such as kundalini yoga, meditation, breath work, and sound healing journeys.
Tell us about yourself
I got into this business because of a deep desire to help people feel more comfortable in their bodies, feel and process all emotions, and be the best version of themselves each day.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I would say there are many big accomplishments that have happened along the way, but what matters the most is the small habits have done daily to stay motivated, inspired, centered, and grounded.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Having your heart broken over and over again and picking yourself back up and going at it the next day.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
Do not quit. No matter what happens, keep picking yourself up and start again. Love yourself so unconditionally that when others see you, they know exactly how to love themselves as well.
