Tell us about yourself

As a professional musician, I traveled extensively throughout the world. During my tours, I discovered web design as a convenient means to earn income, as all I needed was a laptop and internet connection to work on projects during downtime in airports, hotels, or before soundchecks. With a lot of free time on tour, I took on small web design projects, making it an easy job to have.

During my tours, I received a high volume of requests for web design, graphic design, and other digital services. However, as a freelancer, I was limited in my ability to take on multiple projects at once. To overcome this limitation, I assembled a team of freelance graphic designers, web developers, and digital marketers. This enabled me to take on multiple projects and shift my focus to project management and quality assurance. As the business grew, I hired additional project managers to handle these tasks, allowing me to concentrate on business development. This gradual transition from being a solo freelancer in the music industry to building a successful agency and award-winning team.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Building an award-winning digital marketing agency from the ground up, with no formal business training. Just sheer determination, hard work, and perseverance.
