What's your business, and who are your customers?
With over 25 years of experience as a business coach and the founder of our sister company, Leadership Development Academy (LDA), I have developed the ability to drill down to the real issue and challenge you need to take action; that you may have been avoiding. With my vast range of experience as a business owner, top-producing sales professional, and Executive and CEO peer group leader, I bring the extent and depth of wisdom and practical, proven experience to my business process coaching. I work to improve the effectiveness of executives, entrepreneurs, business owners, top-producing sales professionals, and individuals in leadership roles. I'm also a facilitator with extensive experience facilitating difficult conversations. Many of my coaching relationships extend for many years. I worked with many teams to deliver fully customized group programs (in person or virtually) on various subjects, including emotional intelligence, strengths-based assessments, peer coaching programs, and short and long-term workshop series. You can best describe my coaching methodology as insightful, practical, straight-shooting, and action-focused. Whatever your development goals, I can create a program to help you cultivate high-performance teams.
Tell us about yourself
I saw growth-oriented business owners and leaders struggling, wearing too many hats, and spending far too much time and energy trying to figure it out and do it all themselves. I saw the need to support them to develop not only their skills but also the skills of their key team members so that the entire organization could be performing at the highest possible level. This purpose gets me out of bed every morning, knowing I can make a difference today.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
It's lonely at the top.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Create a plan.
- Develop a process.
- Don't go it alone; invest in yourself and your team.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
Coaching can shift the landscape; you don't have to stay stuck. You are practical, and your time is valuable. You're looking for solutions to your issues. Likely you've reached a threshold where you have used every bit of your perseverance, knowledge, and skill, yet you've hit the limit of where you can take yourself. You need to know what strategies to implement. You need solutions!
