Tell us all about your business...
Physical therapy/stretch therapy/Reiki healing- I help people with sciatica, lower back pain, anxiety, and stress.
What's your background and motivation to grow as a solopreneur?
I am grateful and humbled to wake up with a purpose every day- to be able to have my passion and help people at the same time.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I worked with a variety of different people and different age groups. My accomplishments vary from client to client. One of them is to have a distance reiki session- where I saw and felt in my intuitive practice to locate a medical problem before the doctor gave an actual prognosis. Helping people feel less anxious, sleep better, have fewer problems in day-to-day life, and restoring balance and harmony inside families, helping a client to leave a toxic relationship utilizing counseling and reiki techniques.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a solopreneur?
Managing and wearing so many hats- unless you hire somebody (it's a must).
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run or grow a small business today?
- Grow your network, therefore establish good personal and business relationships.
- Be patient- it takes time to grow and reach success.
- Be transparent and honest with people. If you can't solve a particular problem with a client, just be honest.
If there was one thing you could do repeatedly to help grow your business, what would it be?
Referrals- they are Gold- meaning treat each client as a human being with respect and dignity.
What are some of the things you put in place to maintain a healthy work/life balance and to keep it all together?
Meditations, baths, dancing, nature, and healthy relationships.
