What's your business, and who are your customers?

We invest in and flip houses and provide compassionate, quick, easy assistance for people who need a fast home sale. We understand life circumstances aren't always what we want them to be and aren't always our fault.

We are real estate investors who will buy your house off-market in any condition with no commissions or swarms of showings. We are real people who have been in challenging situations like you, and we understand the stress and pressures life can throw at us.

Tell us about yourself

I've always loved real estate and love to find homes that need love and TLC. I love taking those homes and turning them into beautiful spaces where families can thrive.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I've been an entrepreneur for the last 20+ years. The fact that I can support myself and my family by doing what I love is the big one for me.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

When you run into a challenge, you are in charge and responsible. While you may have partners (attorneys, accountants, etc.) who can give their opinions and some help, ultimately, the buck stops with you.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

1. Work on your mindset. If you believe you can do it, you are right. If you don't believe you can do it, you are also right.
2. Always, always do the right thing. Integrity may cost you a few bucks in the short term, but in the long term, it's what builds a business and what lets you sleep at night.
3. Seek out professional help. Find a mentor, an attorney, an accountant, and other experts to guide you and keep you on track.
