What's your business, and who are your customers?
I'm a Love, Sex & Money Coach and guide women to slow down, raise their frequency, create deeper intimacy, and make more money by doing less. I work with women who run small businesses and solo entrepreneurs who are tired and feeling tired and looking to create the freedom, joy, and pleasure in their life that they desired when they started their businesses.
Tell us about yourself
I'm from England and now based in Toronto, after living in 4 countries in the last eight years. I started my business after going through a huge personal transformation where my life totally shifted after working 1-1 with a coach in this space. My relationship with my partner was struggling; I was burnt out, hustling, and living on a hamster wheel, feeling like I was missing out on what life was supposed to be about. After the life-changing shifts I experienced, I knew I had found my thing and needed to share this with more women, so I got certified in a few modalities and started my business journey!
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Seeing the transformation in the women I work with and how their world shifts as a result from them feeling burnt out, disconnected, and hustling to discovering how they can make more money by doing less, transforming their relationships, and actually enjoying life they've created. They always say how different they feel on the inside, and I'm so proud to be able to guide women back into their own power and on this deep healing journey.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Honestly, the fact that it's the most confronting and personal healing journey you can go on as a human, no one warns you of that! Yet it's one of the best parts about business to. Maintaining the balance between work, personal relationships, and play can definitely be challenging.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Would you buy your offer? Make sure you're always 100% behind and your own biggest fan. Be obsessed with your offer and who you serve as you're always communicating with people through your energy.
- Actively work on your money mindset and beliefs - this is the biggest block I see with people in business. You can be doing all the right things and have a great offer, but if your inner belief system isn't congruent with your vision and desires, you're going to make it harder for yourself
- Make nourishing yourself in all ways (physical, mental, emotional, and energetic) your number 1 priority. The more you prioritize yourself, the more you can serve in your business. We all know you can't pour from an empty cup, yet I see soo many women in business put themselves last.
