What's your business, and who are your customers?
My business focuses on providing support to women in business who need help setting up effective client relationship management systems and project management systems. These systems help to ensure that their businesses stay organized and create a consistent, reputable experience for their clients. As an online service provider, I work with women entrepreneurs from a variety of industries to help them streamline their processes and work more efficiently. I am passionate about helping women succeed as entrepreneurs, and I'm dedicated to providing education, support, and coaching to help them achieve their goals.
My system set-ups are essential for businesses to stay organized and deliver a consistent and reliable experience for their clients. I work with women entrepreneurs from a diverse range of industries to streamline their processes, save time and energy, and ultimately grow their businesses.
Tell us about yourself
I am a mother of three and know how hard it can be to balance work and family responsibilities. My own experience led me to become passionate about staying on top of my workload and reducing overwhelm and clutter through education to other business owners. I want to empower more moms to achieve the same success. I started by building my own virtual assistant business from scratch. Now, creating a free community of 3,300 women and men to help support them with learning how to become their own business owners from home as virtual assistants the right way.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is being able to teach women and men from all over the world how to build their businesses as successful virtual assistants, and now they are thriving with their own clients. Seeing them achieve their own goals and dreams is the most rewarding thing I could ever ask for. I am proud of the impact that this community has had on the lives of so many people.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
One of the hardest things that come with being a business owner is dealing with the unknown and balancing work and family. I am committed to finding ways to make it work. You never know what challenges you'll face, but being able to pivot and adapt quickly is key to overcoming those challenges.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Build a strong network of support and surround yourself with like-minded individuals who can provide positive guidance and feedback. Embrace failure as a learning opportunity and keep moving forward.
- Focus on providing value to your customers. Your business should be centered around solving a problem or meeting a need that your customers have.
- Stay organized and prioritize your tasks. Staying organized and prioritizing your tasks will help you stay on top of everything and achieve your goals.
