Tell us about yourself
Watching my parents work so hard as small business owners, I promised myself I would never own my own business! After a successful corporate career, I longed to make a greater impact, remove the ceiling on my earnings, and have more time, freedom, and flexibility. This led me to a coaching certification program that I fell in love with and wanted to share with the world, which led to entrepreneurship.
That was in 2014, and it's hard to imagine doing anything else. I love the freedom that comes with business ownership, even with its incredible responsibility. I love the ability to make decisions and implement things quickly. I am so grateful for the incredible team I've built around me to help bring my visions into reality.
I do feel like we are changing the world and the only thing in the way is our own imaginations. I am motivated every day by my clients who are accomplishing their dreams and by the number of people who are just existing and really want to start living. I believe I have a system for them that creates real change, and I want to give that to as many people as possible.
My family is also a big motivator. I want to continue to inspire them to follow their dreams, and I'm leading by example.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Maintaining a schedule that I love where I am making a global impact while being available to my family in a way that feels great.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Continuing to innovate, grow, and stay connected with the larger vision while working day-to-day in the business.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Hire well.
- Invest in a great coach.
