What's your business, and who are your customers?

I hold a unique position as a psychic life and business coach. I help my clients quickly get to the core patterns that inform the beliefs, decisions, and actions that affect their personal and professional lives. Most clients find that they accomplish in record time what would take months or years of traditional counselling or coaching because I am able to access the subconscious patterns, clearly explain how the effect they are having and provide tools to transform and awaken their core patterns, leading to more satisfying and effective lives and careers.

Tell us about yourself

Born into a family of psychics, I began honing my skills at a young age and was already conducting sessions with clients at the age of 18. I'm still highly motivated at 59 to continue my practice for the rest of my life because it gives me so much joy to see clients fall back in love with themselves, their lives, and their career callings. I get to support them achieve their potential, which is tremendously gratifying work, and my spiritual path.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment happens on a daily basis, with each client who has a breakthrough in understanding and renewed clarity and motivation to make positive changes in their lives. While I've taken the stage and been visible in my career, that isn't a motivator for me. My accomplishment is in the success and happiness of the people I serve.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

I believe entrepreneurship is a spiritual path because we have to face all of our doubts, fears, and limiting beliefs in order to succeed. The most challenging part of being a business owner is that we have no buffers. We can't show up at work and get paid to do what someone else tells us to do. There is nothing sheltering us from the consequences of our actions. So, it behooves us to work on any internal patterns that hold us back. I believe all external shifts begin within. If you want abundance, you have to look at the inner patterns that are stuck in poverty.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Place the intent to be affluent. As Marianne Williamson once said, "The world was never served by your playing small." If you allow yourself to have more than enough, you create a career that is sustainable, you have more energy with which to serve others, and you have plenty left over to sustain your own wellbeing, which just makes you more effective in the work you do.
  2. Get a good foundation under you. Go to websites like Small Business BC and learn what you need to know to start a business in BC (or if you're not in BC, find a similar site in your own province). You'll make fewer mistakes if you have a good grounding in the basics of what you need in terms of registering your business and setting up a business structure that will stand the test of time.
  3. Make sure that you LOVE what you're doing. Clients often ask me, "How do I make money?" I tell them that's the wrong question. Instead, ask, "How do I monetise what I love to do?" If you have to force yourself every day to do something you don't enjoy, you will be energetically depleted, and no amount of money can fix that.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

We have a path to walk that's informed by our higher consciousness. However, the conditioning we receive from birth from well-meaning parents, teachers, and society creates interference so that we can't hear the messages from our souls. It is possible to undo that conditioning, recover the parts of yourself that got buried in the unconscious, and support their awakening and integration with the conscious self.

When there are more of you around the table providing input, you have more energy, make better decisions, and become aligned with the path you were always meant to walk. This is the work I do, helping you to get back in touch with your inner wisdom and back on your true path.
