What's your business, and who are your customers?

SoulSearcherz offers freedom lifestyle coaching services to guide spiritual women to design a life of purpose and passion so they can live the freedom lifestyle of their dreams. My clients are successful women who feel stressed, anxious, and unfulfilled in their careers despite being successful at what they do. They feel like they are destined for more but lack purpose in their lives. They long to connect with their passion and honour their spiritual side, but they feel lost, trapped, and exhausted by the demands of their 9-5 jobs.

Tell us about yourself

I set up SoulSearcherz to support women like myself in connecting with their purpose and passion and escaping from their 9-5 jobs in order to live a life in line with their authentic selves. Through my own journey of self-discovery and deep soul searching, I have learnt many tools, techniques, and approaches to pass on to my clients to accelerate their development and support them in making their dreams a reality. In the same way that I have honoured my own calling, I love to support my clients in achieving their goals. I am motivated by the life-changing transformation my coaching delivers.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Supporting my clients in identifying their purpose and passion and working with them to make radical changes to their mindset and lifestyle in order to live the life of their dreams. Working with the amazing women I have as clients is such an honour and provides me with a huge sense of accomplishment.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Limited time and resources - I wish I had the time and resources to be able to support many more fabulous souls!

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Do your market research and understand your client.
Have a clear business plan, strategy, and brand.
Prioritise your time and resources carefully and take care not to overcommit yourself. Your well-being is your number 1 priority!
