What's your business, and who are your customers?
Everything is so important, right? Until you are sick. Then you finally realize there was only ever one thing that was important... and that is your health!
Did you know that women after 65 years old, if they fall, 50% of them will never walk again? 50% of them will depend on a wheelchair for the rest of their lives. That can all be avoided if people spend more time building muscles and less time watching Netflix or scrolling mindlessly on their phones.
I help busy professionals and executives who are tired of getting fat behind their desks to look, move and feel better with a time-efficient process and zero food restrictions! I work with each individual in order to find their perfect customized plan (fitness, nutrition, and mindset) in order to reach their fitness goals, whether it is fat loss, muscle building, staying active while pregnant, feeling more confident, having more energy to play with their kids, among others.

Tell us about yourself
I am a certified Fitness, Nutrition, and Mindset Coach, but I also have a masters in International Management (CEMS), and I used to work a lot with C-level executives during my corporate career. During that time, and no matter where I lived (I lived in 10 countries), I saw a common global pattern: most of these executives were killing it in their careers but rarely in their personal life, especially in terms of health and physique due to all the stress. Many of them also asked me for advice on how to stay fit while sitting all day long, how to have more energy, and what to eat for better performance.
I started coaching as a side hustle, and as it picked up, I finally decided to start my own online practice so I could help people all over the world with sustainable, customized fitness and nutrition plans and ensure I could keep each of them accountable, no matter where they are located in the world.
To me, fitness, healthy nutrition, and training my brain are mandatory. It's not an option but rather a lifestyle because the faster you learn how to master your brain and physique, the happier you'll become, the better you'll feel, and the better you'll LIVE! It becomes a snowball effect: Feel good, look good, perform better, inspire others to do the same, and attract more.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Witnessing my clients' transformations - physically but also mentally!! - and having a real impact on their lives! I have many success stories, but two popped out right now.
One of my clients wasn't confident with the way he looked. He lost 25 pounds and attracted his dream partner! Another of my client had no energy and was always down on herself. Now she is able to play with her children after work and has never felt better because we worked on slowly switching her mindset.
Movement is medicine, and YOU TRULY ARE what you eat, what you think, the content you consume, and the people you surround yourself with, so make sure you choose wisely!
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
To me, the hardest thing is that you need to be everything until you can hire people to help you. At the beginning of my business, I was not only the fitness, mindset, and nutrition coach but also the head of IT, sales, social media, and finance,... that can definitely be overwhelming, so if you have the means, hire ASAP and do what you are best at!
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Just start! There is no perfect moment but start, fail fast, test, adapt, and see your business grow :)
- Money should never be the main goal. If you do everything from a place of service and truly care about your clients, the money will come. :)
- You will have days where you feel on top of the world, killing it in every area, and other days when you will feel terrible, asking yourself if having a business actually makes sense. I never had such a high rollercoaster before being an entrepreneur. Embrace both feelings and know that the harder moments are only temporary and there to teach you something!
