Tell us all about your business...

We are a school that promotes road safety for future drivers.

What's your background and motivation to grow as a solopreneur?

I started this business after losing a childhood friend in a car accident. I realized we need more road safety education, so giving the proper education became my mission.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

We planted 10000 trees and donated nearly 1 million $ in food worth using our impact transaction program.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being an entrepreneur?

The hardest thing is to balance work and personal time. I have a kid now, and a second one coming.. it’s like working on two full-time jobs.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run or grow a small business today?

  1. Find a purpose because if your business doesn’t give you profit, at least you have a sense, and you will be happy with your salary.
  2. Be cooperative; shortly, businesses will transition to collaborative business models because these business models give power to ordinary people.
  3. Be an impact on the community.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Be true to yourself and always share your ideas so other people can input your ideas.
