What's your business, and who are your customers?

We provide technologies that support mindfulness, mental health, and wellness from a digital platform, available 24/7, currently in 130 countries. Our customers are those that experience any level of stress, anxiety, depression, and/or sleeplessness.

Tell us about yourself

I've always loved businesses that provide value that exceeds the price, are easily scalable, and helps others on a large scale.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

When my team is in sync, and everyone is operating naturally at peak performance! The second would be when I received credentials to consult at the United Nations in the U.S. and Europe.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Managing time and resources. You get pulled in so many directions at once with high-priority items that you must be good at deciding where to spend your time and resources.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Have a clearly defined goal vetted by successful people in a similar vertical you trust.
  2. Overestimate how long it will take.
  3. Overestimate how much it will cost.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Before starting anything, ask yourself this question - Would I still do this if I weren't getting paid? Passion will help you overcome obstacles and provide the discipline to finish strong!
