What's your business, and who are your customers?

So Connected. We are Mental Strength Coaches who specialize in mental blocks/disconnects and eliminating them, primarily with athletes.

Tell us about yourself

I was a personal trainer for many years and realized how some of our issues were also serving us in an unconscious way. So I went back to school and got my masters in therapeutic coaching. What motivates me every day is watching people perform in their potential and being able to go after the outcome that they desire in any situation.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment as a business owner is taking the strategies and tools that help people from a job of mine to a company supporting people worldwide to maximize their potential.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Always growing my paradigm and my own mindset to stay in the same vibration as my clients as they are mentally strong and build their own mindset.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Manage your own circle (what is controlling you).
  2. Always have a goal beyond the goal.
  3. Give yourself permission to not be perfect so you can be more excellent over time.
