What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
The Spark® system has registered more than 25 million check-in events in 1,000 locations worldwide in countries around the world.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Balancing the needs of many retailers is often complicated and requires us to carefully clarify the problems we are trying to solve for each customer and ensure the solutions we propose meet everyone's needs.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Listen to your customers: interview customers, hold focus groups, and ask for customer feedback.
- Deliver an SLC: Don't ship an MVP -- instead, deliver a simple, lovable, complete product that customers will enjoy!
- Treat people with respect: You'd think this would be easy, but I see so many startup people treat their employees (and even their customers!) like a jerk. Don't do that. Life is short. Be kind.
