What's your business, and who are your customers?

I am a faux pas eradicator! I help people of all ages improve their professional credibility by experiencing my unique and strategically combined blend of Business Professionalism, American & International Business Etiquette, and Civil Communications. I'm an internationally recognized Professionalism, Protocol, and Etiquette Expert with more than 30 years of experience and extensive training, including one of the top etiquette schools in London, England.

Tell us about yourself

I love helping people become the best they can be. I want them to understand how they walk, talk and eat says so much about who they are and their level of confidence. I know that these are the unspoken things that help you get the date, get the job, and get what you want out of life. It really does matter!

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

College - I love working with college students! I have helped 17 students win a spot in their doctoral college selection. (There are typically very few spots available.) Business - A helped a world-renowned research company win their biggest client by simply changing the way they walked into the room and transitioned between presenters at their proposal presentation.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

You MUST love what you do because you will be working 24/7. You must know how to spot good people because you will need to surround yourself with people that have the skills that you do not.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Do your research! Keep up with the latest trends and changes.
  2. Network, Network, Network. People do business with people they know and like.
  3. Have a savings account for your business and contribute to it monthly. You never know what may happen in this world.

Is there anything else you'd like to share?

Manners matter. In this casual world, people have relaxed a bit too much in their vocabulary, comportment, and dining habits. You are being watched, and it does make an impression (good or bad).
