What's your business, and who are your customers?

I'm a Digital Product and Project Manager who has been on the market for 17 years, offering my services to agencies, IT service companies, or direct customers. I've also worked with Nissan Motors, Chanel, Decathlon, and Europcar. I'm also partnering with startups like Bods, based in California.

Tell us about yourself

With a computer engineering background, I started as a developer but quickly grew to managerial positions such as team leader and project manager. I'm lucky that I kept these technical skills while improving my customer & Product management abilities. What motivates me every day is bridging the gap between the functional and the technical worlds.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

I helped Decathlon move toward better understanding their customers in the hiking field to a point where they acquired a startup and launched a hiking platform (www.decathlon-outdoor.com) and mobile app.

What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?

Predictability of demand, sometimes being unable to fulfill the many requests I receive while ensuring I don't fall into low activity periods.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
