I specialize in the 500 billion dollars digital transformation industry. Our clients include Fortune 500s, private equity funds, and global portfolio companies.

Tell us about yourself

For more than 20 years, I have advised leading companies on their most complicated changes. From mergers and acquisitions to implementing cutting-edge technology, I am a noted expert in building bridges between human beings and the technologies that support them. As an organizational psychologist, I am motivated by the belief that almost anyone can be taught to be a great leader. Through an understanding of technology at scale, I help enhance people's daily lives by making their work better.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Fear of the unknown. Like people, companies can also be afraid, and that anxiety can hold us back from achieving all we can. When you are on your own without a large crew behind you, remaining competitive and cutting edge against leading competitors can be intimidating. Entrepreneurship is as much about being brave as it is about being smart. Only those willing to face their fears can hope to beat the odds and succeed.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Make sure you have an idea before you start.
  2. Make sure you communicate your idea clearly.
  3. Understand personal finances on a month-to-month level for at least one year.
