What's your business, and who are your customers?
Enrichiz Limited is a Business Consultancy company established in 2011 and registered in the United Kingdom. It specializes in Business Transformation, Change Management, Business Coaching, and Executive Coaching.
The company has trained and implemented Change Management initiatives in many departments in major financial institutions like JP Morgan Chase & Co., Barclays Bank, HSBC, Lloyds Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Deutsche Bank. It has worked globally with teams across the USA, UK, Europe, Mid-East, and Asia.
Enrichiz owns the Action COACH Slough franchise as part of its latest service offering with the sole objective of coaching SMEs/ SMBs to build profitable businesses and prosperous communities.
Tell us about yourself
I am a successful and experienced businessman in the corporate world, running my own companies and working with clients from small to multi-million-pound budgets. My knowledge and implementation of strategies in increasing profits, marketing, sales, systemizing and automating processes, commercials, negotiations, vendor management, recruitment, and building successful teams are among the main reasons my clients in the UK and internationally engage me to turn around their companies.
I know that no two businesses are the same, and I have yet to come across a CEO or business owner who does not struggle with time, people, or money issues at work and personally. I will draw upon my personal experiences and the proven solutions from ActionCOACH, the world's best coaching system, to ensure you not only overcome the challenges but prosper. What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
His most significant accomplishment has been the journey and transformation of one of his clients. When she came to us, she was working over hundred hours a week. This schedule is how she had been operating for the past ten years. She hardly spent time at home, which meant she spent little time with her kid and herself. One of our first objectives was to get her work-life balance. We identified the low-income and time-consuming tasks, which were hundred hours a month. She created a new junior position and was able to free up this time. This whole process took her six months. She now has hundred hours back every month, which she uses to spend time with her teenage son, enjoy sailing, and work on her business. A transformation of this scale is far more rewarding than financial gains.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Being a business owner is similar to walking in a minefield without protection or tools. External factors like recession, logistical issues, global shortages, and financial challenges are common. Business becomes easier once you learn to navigate through these obstacles.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Be on top of your finances. Cash is king or queen. It will sink your business if you don't have it.
- Run a business like a business and not a disguised job.
- Being a business owner is a lonely place to get a coach. He is someone who will hold you accountable and give you independent advice.
