What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are your go-to change and transformation coach, facilitator, speaker, and advisor. We work with C-suite leaders of companies from start-ups and capital-backed to Fortune 50. Our core emphasis is building change as a differentiating capability in your organization and turning great executive leaders into transformational leaders.
Tell us about yourself
I want to make the world a better place to live and work. I am motivated each day by the change I see in my clients and the incredible impact they have on the world around them, especially the people they are accountable to in their organizations. Seeing real change actually happen, individually and organizationally, is why I truly love what I do!
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Being a part of lives changing and seeing the people we work with become the kind of leaders everyone is looking for. It has taken a while to build the brand and results to do this, but it has been absolutely worth it.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Only have so many hours in the day. Some work is hard to scale, and human-to-human work is especially hard to scale in the traditional way. You have to be willing to let go of the control of the scaling by having an impact on those who impact countless others. So your own impact can be more pervasive but is indirect and out of your control. You have to lose control to gain engagement.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Be clear on what you want to do and why - decide what the best place you can use your talents is and what fulfills you.
- Continue to get even clearer on what you do best and what matters most - never stop learning and growing and evolving into the best you.
- Don't reserve all your best effort and intense focus only for building your business - engage as heartily in building the life you want
friends, family, joy, and health.
