What's your business, and who are your customers?
SightShift is a transformational and mindset leadership coaching business. We serve CEOs to build their leaders, and we serve coaches as they impact others.
Tell us about yourself
I love the work I do and the team I get to do it with. SightShift was born out of my own struggles and journey for how to learn not to build your identity around your business. I love what we do and doing the work as it keeps me centered while I impact others.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Getting our proprietary measurement tool built. It measures the potential for transformation. There's nothing like it.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Reducing the complexity to simplicity. Communicating and then incentivizing that simplicity.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
