What's your business, and who are your customers?
I work with high-achieving professionals who want more from their lives without compromising their personal time or family lives. I help folks build strategic plans to build lives where they are truly thriving.
Tell us about yourself
As a mother of twins, an emergency room doctor, and married to a busy attorney, I know the squeeze of being a parent and having a high-pressure career. Life used to feel like a never-ending task list, where I got it all done but never could enjoy it. Through coaching, I learned how to do it all and more but enjoy it all and not feel so harried. I love helping others do the same, creating a strategic plan for their life, taking into account their own values and goal, and then implementing it.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I have helped countless professionals who are mothers restructure their careers so it works for them and their families without taking a huge financial hit, and that feels so good. Once they do it once, they become unstoppable, and it is so fun to be their biggest cheerleader as they crush life.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
You can always be working. There is no boundary unless you set it.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Get a coach, entrepreneurship is lonely, and you need someone to point out your blind spots.
- Find a community of other business owners, so you have people who understand where you are coming from.
- Move your body every day. Starting a business has some stress associated with it. Moving your body daily helps you to move that stress through your body.
