What's your business, and who are your customers?
We are in organic skin care formulas, some with CBD, as Sher-Ray Inc also owns Ladybug Hemp LLC. My customers are of all ages, and over 50% are seniors.
Tell us about yourself
I developed my patented Organic formulas starting around the age of 21. I was fortunate that in my father's lab, he had one of the 7 electron microscopes in the world. Through looking through this, I've discovered the way molecules work together and behave to enhance our skin.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
I've been able to help relieve the physical pain in the lives of my customers and help improve their quality of life.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Finding and keeping good help.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Have more money than you think you need.
- Know you will need to invest all of your time to get things up and running.
- Make sure your significant other agrees with your going into business.
