What's your business, and who are your customers?
I have a tea brand by the name of Tea Sense. All tea lovers across the globe are my customers, who value the tea-drinking times of their daily routine as a ritual, as we intend to give them the best tea-drinking experience with our finest teas.
Tell us about yourself
I am Sheetal Agarwal, a commerce graduate. For me, tea has always been a passion, and the idea of sending our heritage Darjeeling teas to tea lovers across the globe was enough to make me start Tea Sense. Words of encouragement from our clients that they get to drink the best and they enjoy their cup of tea to the fullest are enough encouragement to get me going each day.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment is the thousands of loyal customers who are so hooked up with Tea Sense.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
The hardest thing is to maintain the trust of our customers to give them the consistent quality of teas that have made them die-hard fans of our brand.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
