Intuition & Mindful Styling - Sharon Warten

Interested in starting your own entrepreneurial journey in fashion but unsure what to expect? Then read up on our interview with Sharon Warten, a fashion stylist based in Mont-Saint-Hilaire, QC, Canada.

What's your business, and who are your customers?

I help take the stress out of shopping and curate outfits that make sense for their lifestyle. “Balancing Comfort & Style. “Minimalist” I have a less is more approach to fashion and personal style. If you want to live with less anxiety, you must learn to let go of the unnecessary trends that don’t fit your personal brand and lifestyle.”

I have zero judgment and empathy for my clients. Listening and understanding my client’s goals through style therapy is the most beneficial way to look and feel your best. You have to feel good on the inside to look amazing on the outside!

Tell us about yourself

I have been in the fashion industry for over 15 years, working in both retail and production. I started styling my mom when I was just a little girl and realized early on that fashion would always be a huge part of my life. I have a degree in fashion marketing from Lasalle College, as well as a styling certificate from the Los Angeles School of Style. I love helping clients define their own personal style, giving them self-respect and confidence that radiates through all areas of their lives. One of my areas of expertise is curating capsule wardrobes, approached from a “less is more” minimalist philosophy. I expertly combine textures and patterns with complementary accessories, and my keen eye for detail ensures clients look their absolute best! In my spare time, I love spending time with my family, reading, skiing, and dabbling in creative pursuits like painting and home styling.
