What's your business, and who are your customers?
ShareMe.Chat is a software company that provides a communication call/text tool (live chat), lead generation, and automation services via a subscription model that connects website clients directly with you and your staff immediately on a computer dashboard or cell phone. Our clients pay us to position them with their website visitors to give them instant answers if they are unable to find information on their website or another way to communicate offline via texting. Our software allows you to take the conversation offline onto their cellphone so you can continue the conversation even if they leave the website. The software then adds them to your database for future lead generation, promotions, follow-up conversations, etc. We also provide automation to allow integration between our software and over 5000 other software platforms such as Calendly, Jotform, Google, and Facebook, so it reduces employees' tasks to free up their time to deal with other items.
Text broadcast events/promotions to all your leads, customers, and clients for events and other time-sensitive engagements such as reminders, last-minute deals, contests and coupons, and/or emergencies, etc., using our software. Our mission is to help small to mid-size businesses gain leads and stay connected with their customers to create the ultimate customer experience.

I am the CEO and Founder of ShareMe.Chat, COVID made me realize the lack of personal connections on websites from large companies, and I wanted to re-create a platform where organizations and individuals could speak to real people, not Robots, in real-time. People now expect an experience that includes:

I am a self-motivated and responsible professional with the expertise to build a solid foundation based on leadership, hard work, open communication, and integrity. I have a strong interest in growing as an individual as well as being a part of a dedicated team to enhance efficiencies and growth for my clients while finding a balance both personally and professionally. What motivates me is helping and supporting others to be successful. I will be their biggest cheerleader and fan.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment would be creating and maintaining lifelong relationships and watching these people be successful in their goals and dreams.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
Not taking things personally and handling rejection.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Be Passionate about what it is you are getting into.
- Don't do it alone - We all need support systems. Find people that you can trust to turn to for advice.
- Do not try to be all things - stay in your lane and be persistent in your path.
