Tell us about yourself
Once you discover the gift of a green thumb, it's nearly impossible to ignore. I've had a lot of incredible mentors throughout my life who have shown me that you can create a beautiful career around plants. I think I'm motivated simply by living a healthy life supported by employment which promotes beauty in the world and is ecologically sound.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
Building everything from scratch, off-grid!
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Work/Life Balance. It takes determination and grace to separate yourself from work endeavors. You have to figure this part out, or else you are a miserable burnout.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Trust yourself and your skill.
- Make garbage. Do not wait until you are perfect at what you want to do. Just get going from where you are.
- Dream up your perfect scenario and manifest it. Keep reassessing.
Is there anything else you'd like to share?
Your business and brand will take on a life of its own. Watch it evolve and adjust when needed. Surprise yourself with success!
