I am a 30-year veteran of Athletic Administration. When I began my consulting full-time in 2013, it was to increase the pipeline of Black women in Leadership roles in Collegiate Athletics and Sports Business.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
To grow our community to 2.6k members.
What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?
Cash flow is the most difficult issue that a business owner may face.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Invest in Education, including a Coach, and attend conferences.
- Create an e-store-like pay.
- Get a meeting scheduler so that you can make time for revenue-producing activities.
