What's your business, and who are your customers?

At Westbrook Warehouse Solutions, we offer optimization solutions to warehouses and fulfillment centers alike. We specialize in e-commerce fulfillment. We recommend and implement Amazon-level strategies and initiatives that work for your business. We guarantee results that reduce costs, increase profitability, and support in scaling your operations.

Tell us about yourself

During the pandemic, I was leading a startup's operations team through a hyper-growth stage. We partnered with dozens of warehouses across the USA to provide fulfillment services. I traveled all over the USA to improve the overall performance of these buildings. At the same time, I was building positive relationships with the owners and teams. Due to our success, I realized I had the tools necessary to be a consultant in the supply chain industry. When our growth stabilized, I decided to take the leap and begin Westbrook Warehouse Solutions. My time is now split for only a few clients at a time. This allows me to do my best work. It's a really exciting time in the industry, and I'm motivated every day to support my clients in becoming more efficient.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment is providing guidance to clients and seeing the growth it ignites. For one client of mine, I watched their company grow into 4 more locations in 2022.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

The hardest part of being a business owner is the uncertainty at times. One week I'm searching for new clients; the next, I gain 3 more. It is challenging to adapt your workload week over week.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

First and foremost, be passionate about your business. It makes waking up every morning an exciting experience. Next, make sure to be patient. If you're putting in the work each day, your business will start to progress. Lastly, don't forget to enjoy life. Take time off. Celebrate the smallest of wins. You are forging your own path in this world, so be proud of what you have accomplished!
