What's your business, and who are your customers?
Scents By Romello is an all-natural, Vegan-friendly skincare line. I have many different customers ranging from ones that deal with sensitivity (Lupas break out, Eczema, Skin hyperpigmentation, etc..) also people that just want better results in their everyday skincare routine. Scents By Romello has something for everyone.
Tell us about yourself
I started my business because of my grandmother, who passed away due to cancer. Me seeing how passionate she was about it, this became my passion for giving everyone the ability to have healthy, beautiful skin, and I just knew I had to continue what she started, and that's what really keeps me motivated to continue her legacy.
What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?
My biggest accomplishment has been to have seen a lot of my peers and customers have the results that they wanted and even better skin than they ever imagined, and extremely happy to finally become international and ship my first order to Japan.
What's one of the hardest things that comes with being a business owner?
One of the hardest things I would have to say is Marketing, knowing who your target audience is and how to grasp their attention and keep it, whether it be in person or on social media.
What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?
- Stay true to your brand.
- Even when you think nobody is looking and watching, trust me, they are.
- Most importantly, NEVER GIVE UP!
