What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Committing to consistently identifying new resources and tools to help people grow in their one individual leadership journey, including my newest book, The Unexpected Leader, Discovering The Leader Within You.

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Attempting to be and do everything for the business without intentionally enlisting support, resources, or delegating.
