What's your business, and who are your customers?

My business is Small Business Results. I am a business and communication strategist. My ideal clients are small business owners, from start-ups to companies that need to scale. I work with subject matter experts who want strategies to become sought after.

Tell us about yourself

I am a serial entrepreneur, having started and grown three businesses and realized that what I love is building businesses, so I got certified in business coaching, business management, and emotional intelligence and have been a strategist for 19 years.

What's your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

My biggest accomplishment is the creation of my strategic framework, for which I now own the United States trademark, "The Truth About Succeeding in Small Business."

What's one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

One of the hardest things is learning how to delegate responsibilities.

What are the top tips you'd give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

  1. Complete belief and commitment to yourself and your offering.
  2. Building relationships.
  3. Continued and never-ending learning and reading, and researching.
